his aunt as she drove down Interstate 390 early Sunday morning.
Authorities say the 15-year old also attacked a police officer.
This happened shortly after 2 a.m.
Troopers say Dansville police officer Jeff Faugh responded to the 911 call at a truck stop and found the 15-year old biting and hitting his aunt.
During the struggle, the teen is accused of kicking Officer Faugh in the head several times.
He was treated for a concussion and released.
The 35-year old aunt was treated for bites on her arms and hands.
The teen is charged with two counts of Assault and will appear in family court at a later date.
