Two days of practice for Sabres

  • Text size: + -

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Sabres don't play again until Sunday, and took advantage with a practice day Friday.

Ville Leino, Andrej Sekera, and Jordan Leopold were back on the practice ice. Leino and Sekera are getting close, but Ron Rolston doesn't expect them Sunday in Philadelphia.

With two days to clean up their game, it's an opportunity for the Sabres to work on closing things out. They blew a two-goal lead Thursday and put their goaltenders in a tough spot.

Goalie Jhonas Enroth got fans a little concerned when he had to leave Thursday's shootout loss with leg cramps after letting the tying goal in. Prior to that, he had a nice performance with 27 saves on 29 shots. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
